This is the reservation for a quarter of a beef. The final price will be determined by the final hanging weight of your quarter. We average 212-225 pounds hanging weight for a quarter. Reservations are nonrefundable.

This is the reservation for half of a beef. The final price will be determined by the final hanging weight of your half. We average 425-450 pounds hanging weight for a half. Reservations are nonrefundable.
